As Assistance Vice President, Randall Pearre is responsible for the daily management of current and future projects within HOGAN.

Mr. Pearre comes to HOGAN with an extensive background in the real estate appraisal, brokerage and construction industry. Though he covered all aspects of commercial real estate appraising, his focus was on land development and site redevelopment, performing market analytics searches and financial modeling. While in construction, Mr. Pearre spent his time in the residential industry learning from various builders, developers and investors.
