Hogan Assembles 150 Acres at Arundel Gateway

Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., President and CEO of the Hogan Companies headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, announced today that the company recently brokered the sale of several adjacent parcels containing approximately 150 acres of land located on Route 198 in Laurel, Maryland.

The Hogan Companies handled the assemblage and acquisitions as a buyer broker for the purchaser, Arundel Gateway Land, LLC, a joint venture between Ribera Development, LLC and Greenberg Gibbons Commercial. The 150 acres represents a portion of Arundel Gateway, a proposed premiere mixed-use village just minutes from Fort Meade and NSA. The much-publicized, and anticipated upscale mixed-use project will eventually contain approximately 1,600 town homes and condominiums, as well as first class office and upscale retail space.

Timothy S. Hogan, Vice President of the Land and Commercial Division for the Hogan Companies, represented Arundel Gateway Land, LLC in the transactions.

The Hogan Companies, the leading land brokerage firm in the state of Maryland, made up of 30 brokers, has been responsible for the sale of more than 30,000 acres of ground, and has consummated more than one billion dollars in real estate transactions.
