As an Assistant Vice President at HOGAN, Matthew provides support and collaboration in a wide variety of transactions and development projects. Working with each team member directly, Matthew is responsible for, but not limited to, lead generation, market analysis, facilitating contract negotiations and drafting offering memorandums.

Matthew is committed to serving and making an impact in his community. He was previously selected as a World Trade Center Institute Albrecht Fellow and is an active member in The National Millennial and Gen Z Community Cohort. He has volunteered his time with the Elijah Cummings Youth Program & Baltimore Jewish Council Leadership Institute Initiative as a youth leader. A Howard County, Maryland native, Matthew is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland earning a B.B.A. in International Business.

Matthew’s primary geographic focus includes: Howard County, Montgomery County, Anne Arundel County and Prince George’s County.
